UCHC Live: National Nutrition Month with Assemblymember V. Pichardo
UCHC Live featured Assemblymember Victor Pichardo as part of the National Nutrition Month series. In this interactive and informative segment, Chef Wilson recreated the Assemblyman’s favorite dish, Chicken Waldorf Salad. Assemblymember Pichardo also announced a new resolution by the New York State Assembly proclaiming March as Nutrition Month in the state of New York. The month long emphasis on health and wellness is intended to encourage New Yorkers to make small yet significant changes to their daily habits and diets, with the goal of fostering a healthier lifestyle.
