UCHC Live: In the Kitchen with Chef Wilson and SAGE

UCHC Live’s favorite host, Public Affairs Manager Serena Muniz, was joined by SAGE’s Douglas Macon, who explained that SAGE serves the LGBT senior community, and helps to address and overcome the challenges of LGBT discrimination among the elderly. Chef Wilson also cooked a unique fruit pasta salad that was a pure crowd pleaser.
