Primary Care walk-in hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Urgent Care is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

UCHC Drives Access to Care with New Mobile Health Center

Union Community Health Center (UCHC) launched its #DrivingAccessToCare program, with the unveiling of a 35’ state-of-the-art mobile health center. This program will bring quality, culturally-competent, healthcare to the most underserved areas in The Bronx. UCHC is redefining access to care by offering primary care, behavioral health care, and preventive services such as immunizations, health education and diagnostic testing such as x-ray, along with specialty services such as cardiology, podiatry and rheumatology within the mobile unit.
