UCHC Live brought viewers a flavorful segment featuring New York Common Pantry (NYCP) and Chef Wilson. Chef Wilson and the team from NYCP cooked One Pan Mexican Quinoa, a recipe tailored to women’s health. In addition, NYCP also talked about their mission to reduce hunger and food insecurity through their various programs in the Bronx.
