UCHC and New York Common Pantry Present Farm-to-Table Nutrition Workshops
UCHC in partnership with New York Common Pantry hosted two interactive nutrition workshops. Participants learned how to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables on a budget, how to incorporate these foods into a healthy meal for the family, and healthy swaps they can make using whole foods.
