UCHC Partners with NYPCC to Improve Parents’ Mental Health and Wellness

UCHC and New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) hosted a parenting workshop series, which focused on daily familial stressors and communication. Participants learned tips on how to foster healthy relationships at home, as well as create a peaceful environment for their children.
